Please do not hesitate to make special orders. We can get more than advertised in both colors and size.
Our minimum is two gross for the specially ordered rhinestones. Any other special orders for costumes and boutique items just

Privacy & Security Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone
number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information
including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is transmitted securely and is used solely to bill the customer
for their order.
Merchandise Returns All costume sales, fabric sales,
and boutique items sales are final. We will accept rhinestone returns within 30 business days from date of purchase,
with a 20% restocking fee. Returns will receive a refund credit issued back to the original form of payment. All
return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Please contact us at info@kikisrhinestones.com to arrange a return.
Merchandise Exchanges We do not accept exchanges on costumes,
fabric or boutique items. Rhinestone exchanges will be granted if merchandise is returned within 30 business
days from date of purchase. Returned items will be credited back to your credit card and then a new Exchange order will be
processed and billed to your account MINUS the shipping fee. The new order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise
requested. Please contact us at info@kikisrhinestones.com to arrange a return.

Product Care
For best results, we recommend not wearing your jewelry in
the water (shower, bath, pool, etc) Lotion, body oil and other substances can be easily cleaned from your jewelry. See
below regarding specific care if your pieces:
Sterling Silver Care - All of the components and findings
are sterling silver and can easily be shined and cleaned with a silver polishing cloth or polish. Our favorite silver
polish is Wright's Cream Polish, available at most grocery stores. Follow the directions on the container.
Gemstones, Crystals & Beads Care - All beads can be cleaned by gently washing them in soapy, warm water.
